GRILL DELICIOUS FOOD THIS SUMMER!

Feel like burgers or barbecued chicken. Don't worry about having to mess with that weak, standard barbecue. Throw a barbecue box onto your Camp Chef and enjoy the power and reliability of a real outdoor stove.

When grilling, keep the burner a safe distance from walls and other flammable material.

A relaxing game of croquet on the back lawn will make the wait for dinner easier to endure.

Try basing the chips that you use to smoke around what you are smoking, like venison, pork, poultry. Try using indirect heat, it takes longer but results in better flavor.

HOT GRILLING TIPS
• Completely thaw food before cooking.
Marinading meat by soaking for several hours in a refrigerator will break down the cellular structure, this tenderizes the meat and decreases the cooking time. The same effect can also be accomplished by injection marinading.
• Use tongs or a spatula instead of a fork when turning meat. Some natural juices will be lost if meat is pierced.
• Use naturally lean meats and trim excess fat from steaks, and remove skin from poultry.
