Up for a Great Tailgate Party!
During this year's
game, the biggest bowl in your house -- next to the one
you'll be watching on TV -- is sure to be
a bowl full of chips, ready for dipping into salsa, nacho
cheese or another favorite dipping sauce.
Ensure your party's
success by preparing some simple feast treats.
And if you
want to really bring the game home, break out your Big
Gas Grill and host a fun and raucous tailgate party right
in your own driveway! Start a couple of hours before the game
and toss on some tasty bratwurst -- searing them on the
grill
and then resting them in a Dutch
oven filled with bbq
sauce,
onions and beer until serving time. Chicken legs deserve
a place at your tailgate feast -- preferably loaded with
sauce and eaten with a side of potato salad.
If you want
to make them scream, wrap a few racks of pork ribs
around the cone of the Ultimate
Roaster. Pour in a can of beer
or soda and sprinkle spices over them. Cover and roast
to
achieve party perfection.
Regardless of your menu selection,
hosting
a pre-game tailgate party is sure to be a memorable
hit.
Just be sure to set an alarm to help you remember to
get inside and watch the game. Otherwise, you just might
lose track of time and miss the kick-off.
