Buffalo Hanging Tenderloin injected with garlic butter rubbed with Penzley's English Prime Rib Rub.
Stuffed Mushrooms:
Raw mushrooms (with steam)
Bread, sauteed onion and gralic)in butter), a little ham
Diced Clamatla olives
Sear meat, place in oven with a little(1/4 can) of beef broth. Cook for 2 hours or until meat reaches 145 degrees on thermometer. Serve mushrooms beside as garnish.
